In the spirit of holistic factory planning and implementation, process solutions are planned, projected and then implemented by SEW experts together with customers.

We rely on a tiered concept.

The first phase is about determining the basic data, identifying potential and developing a schematic vision concept. This is a holistic, schematic concept for your smart factory, regardless of restrictions. By scaling the vision concept with consideration of premises and restrictions, the ideal image of your intelligent factory is created.

• A future-proof vision for a highly efficient and highly flexible smart factory under the aspects of human-technology cooperation and interactive networking has been developed by an interdisciplinary team.
• Solution ideas are based on a holistic system view.

In the second phase, the findings are converted into a block layout and material flow planning is carried out. An initial rough simulation gives an idea of the processes in your smart factory.

In Virtual Reality, all aspects of operation and processes can be performed in real time.

As part of detailed planning, the implementation takes place in detailed, true-to-scale layouts and scenarios. Our technology and process experts plan and configure the system solution. In the course of this, among other things, route and radio planning as well as the process-adapted design of the energy infrastructure are carried out using SEW's own tools.

Using virtual reality technologies, the finely planned simulation of the plant and factory can be viewed virtually and gives the client an idea of what will subsequently be realized. Throughout the entire implementation, our customer is supported by intensive project management, right through to installation, commissioning and start-up support.
