The following terms and conditions apply for the delivery regarding transactions with customers of SEW-EURODRIVE AB:
Terms of payment:
- Within 30 days Due net
- A penalty interest of 1,25% per month will be charged in case of non payment by due date
Terms of delivery:
- EXW delivery plant with freight prepaid plus packaging, "Incoterms 2020"
Pricing cond.:
All prices are net prices excluding VAT and based on delivery latest 3 months after quoting date.
Credit rating:
The payment condition requires that you at any time comply with the demand from SEW regarding credit rating.
Warranty:
- Complete product 12 months after delivery from factory.
- Repair 6 month on exchanged parts after delivery from factory.
Documentation:
- 1 set of documentation is included in the price for complete units.
General delivery cond.:
- NL17 plus, when applicable, appendix NLT17.
- Compliance Export Control and Sanctions (Addendum to General Terms and Conditions of sales and delivery) SEW-EURODRIVE commits to follow laws and regulations concerning Export Control. Of this reason we want to refer to the clause Export Control Compliance (PDF, 105 KB) in our General Terms and Conditions of sales and delivery. This is a part of our agreement and services.
