SEW-EURODRIVE is investing and building a new office and production facility at Hedenstorp west of Jönköping in collaboration with Skanska Sverige AB.
The project involves the construction of a new 10,000-m2 production building and a three-stories office building of almost 1,500 m2 for SEW-EURODRIVEs Swedish operations. The design of the buildings developed during the spring through close co-operation between SEW-EURODRIVE AB, Skanska Sverige AB and Sweco Sverige AB.
"We have been in Jönköping since 1968 and are now looking forward to developing our business further by investing in new premises at Hedenstorp," says Tommy Johansson, CEO of SEW-EURODRIVE AB.
The intention is that the premises will accommodate SEW-EURODRIVEs existing operations and allow future expansion to meet the increased demand for the company's products.

Construction start is planned for autumn 2023 and completion and occupancy will take place in the second quarter of 2025.
