In this role, you will be the central hub for communication with both new and existing customers across Sweden, as well as with colleagues within and outside the department.
You will work closely with sales representatives and technicians, listening, analyzing customer needs, and developing solutions. You will be based at our headquarters in Jönköping and report to the Sales Support Manager.
• Providing technical advice to our customers and sales representatives
• Based on customer descriptions, offering and suggesting the right products/solutions, preparing quotes, and handling orders
• Performing calculations and dimensioning using calculation software
• Training our customers in digital tools and supporting colleagues internally, both locally and globally
Ideally, you hold a degree in mechanical engineering or possess similar experience from technical sales and support within the manufacturing industry.

In this role, your main focus will be to train and support customers, sales teams and colleagues with technical solutions and calculations. You will design and implement drive systems, program, and commission installations. The systems you’ll be working with include gear motors, frequency inverters, control systems and safety systems.
Your work will be broad and varied – covering everything from technical expertise and support in early project phases, to application adaptations and training. You’ll have access to experienced colleagues, powerful calculation tools and extensive technical documentation. The role includes approximately 50 travel days per year, mostly within Sweden. Training on new products will be provided locally in Jönköping and at the Drive Academy at our headquarters in Bruchsal, Germany.
You hold a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Automation or Mechatronics. You have experience and understanding of drive systems and automation solutions within manufacturing or industrial environments.

This is a new role within our organization, and you will become a key person in ensuring stability in our factory operations and maintaining the functionality of our equipment to support ongoing production. The role involves providing support and service, ensuring smooth operations in the factory through inspections, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs. Examples of the equipment you may work with include our painting system with its associated conveyor system, AGVs used in engine assembly, and other automated production equipment.
Another important part of your work will involve collaborating with our Electrical/Automation service team to troubleshoot, advise, and commission our products at customer sites. Your work will take place both at our facility in Jönköping and in real-world customer environments, such as sawmills, food processing plants, automotive factories, or even airports. Together, you will become our experts in delivering service—quickly, efficiently, and with high quality—ensuring a varied and dynamic workday.
We expect you to have at least a high school diploma, preferably in Electrical Engineering with a focus on Automation. A higher vocational education (Yrkeshögskola) in Automation is considered a plus. You should also have experience and an understanding of maintenance, service, and automation solutions within the manufacturing industry.
