The role

You will be responsible for developing existing business relationships as well as generating new opportunities that contribute to the growth of the entire company. Supported by sales colleagues, inside sales, and application engineers, you will take the lead in initiating and driving the sales process for our OEM customers – such as machine builders in the sawmill and paper mill industries.

Since your sales territory stretches from Gävle and northwards, travel will be a natural part of the role. You will report to the Regional Manager in Skellefteå.

We are looking for someone who:

  • Has experience in B2B sales within technology, industry, or automation
  • Strong knowledge in automation as well as control and regulation technology will be considered highly meritorious.
  • To succeed in this role, you are skilled at building strong relationships, listening to customer needs, and identifying solutions.
  • We see you as a “trusted advisor” who drives both sales and customer relationships forward with perseverance and patience.
  • You are motivated by taking initiative, working towards set goals, and seeing things through to completion.

We’re expanding and are now looking for a Service Technician to join our new, state-of-the-art facility in Jönköping. Here, you’ll have the opportunity to put your technical expertise to use while being part of a strong, forward-looking team that values collaboration, professionalism, and genuine job satisfaction.

Your role

You will work with service, maintenance, and troubleshooting of gear motors and industrial gear units, both in the workshop and on-site with customers in various industries — such as sawmills, power plants, and the automotive industry. The work is diverse and requires precision, problem-solving skills, and a strong sense of service.

We are looking for someone who:

  • Experience in mechanics and good technical understanding
  • Communicative, flexible, and proactive
  • Proficient in Swedish and English, both spoken and written
  • Willingness to travel (approximately 25–30 overnight trips per year)
