Role:

Travel is required, and you will report to the regional manager, based at our headquarters in Jönköping.
Profile:
You have a technical education and at least 3 years of sales or service experience, with knowledge in mechatronics being highly valued. You are fluent in Swedish and English. To succeed, you must be relationship-oriented, solution-driven, and proactive in achieving goals.

Role:
In this role, you will be responsible for driving automation sales, identifying growth opportunities, analyzing market trends, and strengthening customer relationships. You will collaborate with internal teams, attend industry events, and play a key role in launching new products and applications. Based in Jönköping, you will report to the Sales and Marketing Manager, with travel across Sweden expected.
Profile:
We are looking for someone with at least 8 years of experience in sales and/or business development within automation or related industries. A degree in business development, industrial economics, or engineering is a plus. You are fluent in English, proactive, and have a strong understanding of industry processes.
