Automation Engineer

Your role with us

In this role, your main focus will be to train and support customers, sales teams and colleagues with technical solutions and calculations. You will design and implement drive systems, program, and commission installations. The systems you’ll be working with include gear motors, frequency inverters, control systems and safety systems.

Your work will be broad and varied – covering everything from technical expertise and support in early project phases, to application adaptations and training. You’ll have access to experienced colleagues, powerful calculation tools and extensive technical documentation. Together, you’ll be the experts ensuring the right solutions – quickly, efficiently and with high quality. Expect a varied and energizing workday.

The role includes approximately 50 travel days per year, mostly within Sweden. Training on new products will be provided locally in Jönköping and at the Drive Academy at our headquarters in Bruchsal, Germany.

Your background and profile

You hold a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Automation or Mechatronics. You have experience and understanding of drive systems and automation solutions within manufacturing or industrial environments.
